We want you happy with the clean, and we want scheduling to be fair to our crew. Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work at A&F House Cleaning LLC.
If something in your clean was missed, call or email us within 24 hours of the visit and we will come back and re-clean the specific area at no charge. We would rather fix it than argue about it. Because our service is hands-on labor already performed at your home, this re-clean is our primary remedy rather than a cash refund.
Plans change — that is fine. We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment so we can offer the slot to another neighbor. Cancel with 24 hours’ notice or more and there is no charge. Because no work has been done, there is nothing to refund.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or our crew arrives and cannot get into the home (no access, no one home, pets unsecured), a cancellation fee of up to $45 may apply to cover the reserved time and travel. We will always try to reach you first before charging anything.
For large deep-clean or move-out jobs we may take a small deposit to hold the date. If you cancel that job with more than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is fully refundable. Within 48 hours the deposit is retained to cover the held time.
